All visits are by appointment only and we try to accommodate your requests. We encourage you to book appointments in advance in order to receive your preferred date and time.
As a courtesy to our staff, there is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for any treatments booked, including massage, facials, waxing and make up application. All appointments must therefore be secured by a credit card. Missed appointments will be charged in full, cancellations less then 24 hours will be charged 50% of the rate for the booked service. • Please factor in parking time when making an appointment. If you are running late, please call and we will try to accommodate the delay.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any make up or skin care products.
You must inform us of any special conditions such as, pregnancy, hypertension, medical conditions, allergies or disabilities to ensure maximum benefits.
In order to maintain the environment of the spa we do not allow small children into the facility.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If your arrival is late, your service(s) may need to be shortened or adjusted to accommodate our schedule and other guests. We ask that all cell phones be turned off while in the spa and that you leave valuables at home, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. For the protection and safety of your child and to ensure a quiet environment for our guests, children are not permitted in the spa.
Are at the discretion of the guest. for quality service they are typically 15 to 20%. our licensed professionals always appreciate gratuities. our spa coordinators will be glad to provide you with envelopes.
Always the right size, available online, not redeemable for cash lost or stolen gift certificates are not refundable.
